    Decour and ambience are not the strong points of BIG WOK. Friendly staff and a fast grill are two of the strong points. Ingredients are fresh, pay attention to the recommendation of food mixes everything looks good but two many ingredients make for an eclectic and less tasty meal. Same advice on mixing the sauces more does not equate to better. Get your food cooked and then go back for your rice so that the rice is hot for your meal. Grill is fast so get smaller portions and go back for another round instead of one very large one.

    Good food, fair price. You prep your own food so you can't blame the cook for too salty or too blend the dish is, or too much of what you don't like.... I love the place but if you are not quite sure what to put into the plate, eat at your own risk!!

    It was really nice, like when you walk in you're like, "wow." If it is your first time like mine, they teach you all you need know about the menu. Went on Saturday so I got the all-you-can eat. Next you go through a line with your bowl picking things you want in there. After that you pick your sauce and bring it to the chef. He cooks it up right in front of you which is part of the experience. After that you sit down and get some sesame bread. The food is up to you how you want it to taste and how much you want. What I got though was really good. It was juicy and was really fresh. Honestly a really good place. Would go again.

    Yesterday went here with my bf. Had a great experience!🤗 First, the price is very reasonable. Second, their service is really good. When we first sat down, the server came and asked us have we been here before. We said no and she explained how the things work. When we were eating, the server also asked us if we needed some more water. Third, the food was really yummy. We can choose any ingredients that we want, and they have all my favorite items. No complaints at all😌 I will definitely come back!

    Oh my!! This place is awful. I can't believe the ratings are so high. It is the cheapest quality offered. I GIVE IT 7 OR 8 MONTHS MORE AND IT WILL BE GONE. Come on people if you have given this place anything besides 1 star than you seriously need to consider just staying home with your bucket of popcorn because society shouldn't be seeing you.
